Equal Pay All is using the power of design to shine a light on the wage gap.

Launching on Equal Pay Day 2018, we created eight open-source typefaces that used the most current U.S. Census Bureau data to reflect the gap — each typeface representing a group who is facing an uphill battle against pay equality.

Equal Pay All was created by The Martin Agency, an advertising agency who closed the pay gap for men and women in 2018.
