THE PAY GAP IS REAL. WE KNOW IT. YOU KNOW IT.

RESEARCH AND MATH CONFIRM IT.

THESE TYPEFACES ARE MEANT TO HELP US VISUALIZE IT.

ABOUT

THE

PROJECT

Equal Pay All is using the power of design to shine a light on the wage gap.

Launching on Equal Pay Day 2018, we created eight open-source typefaces that used the most current U.S. Census Bureau data to reflect the gap — each typeface representing a group who is facing an uphill battle against pay equality.

Download the fonts here.

This year, in support of the U.S. women’s soccer team’s fight for equal pay, we transformed their iconic jersey numbers in a simple yet impactful way — subtracting 62% to reflect the 62% pay gap between men and women players.

More details can be found here.

Equal Pay All was created by The Martin Agency, an advertising agency who closed the pay gap for men and women in 2018.
